Unlimited research, AI credits, plans, billing and cancelling
- Research is unlimited. An AI-powered search uses 1 AI credit; Deep Analysis uses 5. Brief checks are unlimited and use no credits.
- Analyzing your matter, keyword search, alerts, statute pages, judge analytics and the Research Librarian use no AI credits (the Librarian is included while you have a plan or free trial).
- Plans include monthly AI credits per lawyer: Solo 100, Professional 300 per user. Deep Analysis is on both. The free trial has 10.
- When AI credits run out, research keeps working with standard matching (no AI ranking or explanations) until they renew, or buy a top-up (Settings → Plan & billing) to get AI back sooner. Top-ups expire with your current plan period.
- If a research fails, or AI is unavailable during it, its AI credits are refunded automatically.
- Change plan, seats or billing period in Settings → Plan & billing; the price difference is charged or credited automatically.
- Card and invoices: Settings → Plan & billing → Card and invoices opens the secure billing portal.
- Cancel any time: Settings → Plan & billing → Cancel subscription. You aren't charged again and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Changed your mind? Choose Keep my plan before then.
- Free trial: 14 days, unlimited research and 10 AI credits, no card. Paying for a plan during the trial ends the trial and starts the paid plan straight away.
- Refunds: payments are non-refundable, except for billing errors (such as a double charge) or a technical problem on our side that we couldn't fix. Asking for a refund also cancels your next renewal. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
